KofC council 4057 will be selling 390 subs after all Masses on Saturday and Sunday, April 6 & 7, 2019. Ham, turkey, and italian assorted varieties all sell for $5 each.
Thank you for all who have helped sell subs previously; it's a team effort that significantly helps support numerous programs at St. Pat's. Please contact brother Kevin Dowling if you are available to assist. If we sell out of subs after the 11am Sunday Mass we will contact those that volunteered for the 5pm Sunday Mass to let them know. Optimally 4-6 Knights are needed for each mass at Marsh Drive to cover both the Narthex and the church exit at the south parking lot. It is best to be in position right after you receive communion as some parishioners leave right after communion. Thank you again for your help and support! Worthy Brother Knights,

Office Hymn for the Feast of St. Joseph On Saturday, March 16, Council 4057 held a spaghetti dinner to benefit St. Patrick Church's two seminarians. About twenty knights - including State Deputy Mark Jago - worked to make the dinner a success and served spaghetti, meatballs, bread, salad, and pudding to two hundred and five adults plus many children. Additional donations are still being accepted by the council. All donations as well as all proceeds from the dinner will go directly to our two seminarians, Kevin Key and Aaron Lynch.
On Sunday, March 10, 2019, St. Patrick Council 4057 hosted a 3rd degree ceremony, exemplifying the virtue of Fraternity. Thirteen brother knights, from councils in Carlisle, Chambersburg, Waynesboro, and New Freedom, were advanced to the rank of Third Degree Knights of Columbus.
Please extend your congratulations to our new, 4057, 3rd degree knights: Tim Andrel, Noah O’Donnell, Doug Henschel, Adam Fabbri, Dan Pagana, Chip Steinberger, Clark Stiteler, and Paul Rast. Our degrees are sacred and special. They educate us in the way of true Knights. As a reminder: The First Degree is Charity. The Second Degree is Unity. The Formation and final Knighthood Degree is Fraternity. For those Knights who continue to seek more knowledge and become a “Sir” Knight in the 4th Degree (Patriotic), there is an Assembly that meets once a month. For more information ask Brother Chuck Bailey. It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Sir Knight Bob Gambert on Saturday, March 9, 2019.
A viewing will be held from 6-8pm on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Hoffman Funeral Home, 2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Mary Queen of Peace Chapel, Carlisle Barracks. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Oh gentlest Heart of Jesus, ever present in the Blessed Sacrament, ever consumed with burning love for the poor captive souls in Purgatory, have mercy on the soul of Thy servant Bob Gambert. Be not severe in Thy judgement but let some drops of Thy precious Blood fall upon our beloved departed, and do Thou O merciful Savior, send Thy angels to conduct the souls of Thy servant to a place of refreshment and peace. Amen. SAINT MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
